Fawn Mckay

Fawn McKay was born on 15 September 1915 in Ogden Utah. Fawn, a member of the Mormon church's most prestigious family, combined her literary abilities and outstanding research skills into an outstanding biography of Joseph Smith. No Man Knew My History appeared in 1945. This title was inspired by the funeral sermon delivered by Joseph Smith, founding father of the Church of Latter-Day Saints. His audience was shocked by his declaring: "You don't even know my name. There is no way to know my feelings." Nobody knows my story. In reality I'm not even sure. Fawn an older woman, aged 29 said: "Since that moment of candor, at least three writers have risen to the task." A few people have even attempted to establish a medical diagnosis. Documents are not lacking and contradictory. The process of collating these papers--of sorting first-hand information from a third-party copycatting of Mormon and non-Mormon narratives into a mosaic that makes plausible the history.
