Taylor
Taylor Swift has become a uncommon pop sensation: A celebrity who has strayed from the world of country music to pop culture and became an iconic pop star that is set to be around forever, and will conquer every corner of the globe. Swift shed her roots in country music as if she was a second skin and showed that she was the most refined pop sensibility of her generation. Swift was the only artist/singer who could take the popular zeitgeist out on the road. Her talents could be seen in the first songs she released, most notably the Neodue Tim McGraw. But on her second album Fearless which came out in 2008, Swift was able to discover the person she was and reach audiences across the globe. Fearless was successful not only in the United States, having six platinum-certified songs. In fact, the Top Ten songs Love Story & I Belong with Me were the primary reasons behind this. It also performed well all over the world. Swift could build on her success by releasing Speak Now almost two year later. Over the next three years, her fame increased with the release of three albums -three times - Red (2012), Reputation (2014) in addition to 1989 (2014-2015) -- as she moved into a world of pop music where her talents were already well established. She was on top of the charts until she reverted to her signature style in her twin albums, folklore and Evermore in the year 2020.
